Alpine Meadows • Bathroom Renovation 2025

In this gothic arch home located in Alpine, we embarked on a significant renovation of the main bathroom and the upstairs powder room, focusing on preserving character while integrating modern sustainability. In the main bathroom, we meticulously restored the existing cedar tongue and groove walls, preserving their original charm. All drywall was replaced, and a new window was installed to enhance natural light and ventilation. A sleek new toilet and vanity from Canadian brand TEODOR brought contemporary function, while beautiful cork flooring from OPUS FLOORS added an eco-friendly and sustainable element underfoot. For the upstairs powder room, the focus was on maximizing space. All fixtures were updated, and a new bathroom fan and light improved ventilation and brightness. Custom cedar shelves were installed, replacing bulkier storage and opening up the room significantly, creating a more airy and functional space.
