Marketplace Pavillion • Complete Renovation 2022

We recently completed a transformative renovation of a charming 1-bedroom apartment situated in the heart of the village. Our goal was to create a high-end, modern space that our clients could either rent out or enjoy as their own personal retreat. This project was a complete overhaul, involving tearing down ceilings and most of the drywall to start fresh. We installed entirely new electrical and plumbing systems throughout the unit, upgrading lights, switches, and outlets to meet modern needs. The old, outdated fireplace was replaced with a new one featuring a stunning basketweave tile surround. The kitchen is brand new with sleek countertops and a unique, modern backsplash. In the bathroom, we used large format 24″x24″ porcelain tiles on the walls and a beautiful mosaic herringbone tile for the floor and accent niches. To ensure ultimate comfort, we installed heated flooring in the bathroom, including the shower base, so cold feet are a thing of the past. This entire project was a wonderful experience, and we truly enjoyed collaborating with our clients to bring their vision to life.
