This complete renovation transformed a four-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse into a modern and spacious home. A total overhaul of the electrical system included adding numerous pot lights for a bright and airy feel. Comfort was prioritized with the installation of Schluter radiant floor heating throughout, complemented by the warmth and durability of luxury vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen became the heart of the home with a stunning design, featuring waterfall countertops and a stylish backsplash, all framed by beautiful new doors and panels. Upstairs, the bathroom was a luxurious retreat, boasting a new tub, large format tiles with eye-catching feature tiles, mitered niches for storage, and a space-saving pocket door. Downstairs, the bathroom was updated with a sleek new shower featuring vertical subway tiles and practical niches. Significant drywall repair and strategic layout changes were implemented to maximize every inch of space. The final touches added a touch of custom elegance with an oak handrail and stylish oak floating shelves. Whole project took about 4 months from demolition to completion.
