Eaglecres • Complete Renovation 2022

This complete home renovation was truly a great experience for our No Worries team and we had lot of fun on this project. We were working closely with our client to make sure every change makes sense for young family. After complete demolition we removed fireplace to make more space on main floor, we have changed the location of the kitchen and added a new ensuite bathroom for master bedroom. We installed Schluter floor heating throughout to create warm and cozy home and Luxury Vinyl plank flooring. The kitchen was designed with lot of work space in mind and clean and modern look. New windows and sliding doors were installed with new trim. We installed new potlights in every room and new receptacles as well.
The ensuite bathroom was designed to utilize the space as much as possible with custom shower pan, linear drain, three niches and glass. The other bathroom was completed to be ideal for kids with lower toilet and bath tub. We have done lot of drywall work and painted the place throughout and as a final touch we installed some custom floating shelves, closet doors and did wall paper in kids rooms. The whole renovation process took us less then 4 months and clients were super happy with the result as we were.
